If you’d like to enjoy extra flying time beyond what’s included in your booking, we’re happy to accommodate at our standard hourly rate. Payment for additional time will be collected before departure from the Airport.

To secure your booking, a full deposit is required at least 48 hours prior to your flight.

Our prices are based on the availability of the specific helicopter assigned for your flight.

If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please submit cancellations in writing.

Sometimes, departures may be delayed due to weather conditions or air traffic control, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

All flights depend on aircraft availability and the necessary flight clearances being in place.

For everyone’s safety, luggage is limited to one bag per passenger, weighing no more than 10 kg. Additionally, a maximum combined passenger weight applies, depending on the helicopter type.
