Application Process
Step 1: Complete the Zippi Visa Application Form and upload the required documents. (Please ensure all documents are certified copies before uploading).
Step 2: Zippi Travel will carefully review your submission and check that all details meet embassy requirements. We will advise if any additional documents are needed.
Step 3: Zippi Travel submits your completed application to the appropriate visa processing centre or embassy on your behalf.
Step 4: We confirm your biometrics appointment date and time with the embassy and ensure you’re fully prepared for your visit (On the day of your biometrics appointment, the embassy will retain your passport while your visa is being processed).
Step 5: Once your visa is approved, Zippi Travel collects your passport with the approved visa and couriers all documents directly to you. Alternatively you can collect your passport with the approved visa directly from the visa processing centre or embassy.
