Payments can be made via EFT or our secure online gateway.
Prices are subject to availability and supplier updates.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Each service (flights, accommodation, car hire, visas) has its own cancellation policy determined by suppliers.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to those terms.
Zippi Travel is not responsible for losses resulting from supplier cancellations, force majeure, or visa refusals.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure all personal and travel information provided is accurate.
Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or rejections for which Zippi Travel cannot be held liable.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable care in our services, Zippi Travel shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed flights, visa rejections, or third-party errors.
